Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time
Regular paint by numbers: 3-5 business days for production and packaging, plus 7-15 business days for shipping (3-7 business days for expedited delivery).
Production and packaging for custom paint by numbers takes 5-10 business days, plus 7-15 business days for shipping (3-7 business days for expedited delivery).
*Please note that our order processing time is 10:00-18:00 from Monday to Friday (excluding major holidays such as Christmas, New Year, etc.). If your order is placed after 18:00 on Friday, your order will be postponed to the Monday after the holiday. If your order is placed during a holiday, the order will be postponed to the end of the holiday.
2. Address Change
If you want to change the delivery address of your order, please contact us by email within 24 hours after placing the order and include your new delivery address.
Please check your address before completing the order. We cannot change the delivery address after the order is shipped.
We are not responsible if the address you provide is incorrect. We ship your order to the address you provide during checkout. We do not refund orders shipped to the wrong address, in the case of a return we can either re-ship your order to the correct address (you will need to pay for shipping) or we can refund your order by refunding the original shipping cost back to you.
3. Shipping Methods, Fees and Delivery Times
For orders over $50, we offer free shipping. For orders under $50, there is a one-time shipping fee of $8.95. We offer two shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: Usually arrives within 7-15 business days from the date of shipment.
- Expedited Shipping: 3-7 business days from the date of shipment. (You need to pay for your own shipping)
Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may be longer during busy periods (November to January). Vickie'Art is not responsible for any delays by the carrier
4. Shipping restrictions
We ship our products nationwide, but if you are leaving the United States or to remote areas where couriers cannot reach (remote areas such as Alaska, Hawaii, overseas addresses such as Puerto Rico, Guam, APO/FPO military addresses), please contact us in advance.
5. Package damaged, lost or missing in transit
If the product is damaged: Any anomaly (damage, breakage) related to the delivered product must be reported by email (Vickieart336@outlook.com) within 3 days of receiving the product. Please indicate the order number in the email and attach a photo of the damage. If the item (or part of it) is missing or you received the wrong item, please contact us by email: Vickieart336@outlook.com.
6.1 Returns
You have 14 days to return the product without any reason (from the date of receipt). This does not apply to personalized packaging, gift cards and handmade paintings by our artists.
6.2 Return Policy:
Items must be returned in their original condition (unopened and in original packaging). Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your package.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it (including original packaging).
Please do not return packages directly to our studio. Please contact us first so that we can provide the most appropriate return address based on the issue.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless it is an error on our part.
Please note: Personalised paintings and embroidery and handmade paintings by our artists cannot be returned. These products are personalised and customised, so we cannot resell them.
6.3 Refunds (if applicable):
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email and refund the amount due within 15 days.
