1. Where is my order?

After placing your order, you will soon receive an email with information about tracking your package.

If you choose a customized product, such as our personalized packaging, plus sizes, etc., these products will be shipped directly from our factory in China. It usually takes 2-3 weeks for delivery after shipment. External factors (such as delays, strikes, customs inspections, etc.) may affect the delivery time.

Our logistics team will ensure the routing of all packages every day until the final delivery. If you have recently ordered from us, please wait for the carrier information to be automatically updated.

2. Why did I receive two different tracking numbers?

Depending on the products ordered, the order may be delivered in multiple packages.

For example, if you order a normal product (the one included in the store) and at the same time order a personalized product, you will receive two different packages and therefore two tracking numbers. The same is true for large-sized packages, which must be sent separately to avoid bending.

It is normal for you to receive your packages on different dates. This depends on the carrier. Each package can be tracked on our order tracking page.

3. Why did I only receive part of my order?

If an order contains multiple products shipped from different locations, you will receive multiple packages.

It is normal that you receive the packages on different dates. This depends on the carrier.

The remaining part is still on the way and you will receive it soon.

4. Which shipping company does Milia's & Shop use?

We prefer fast carriers so that we can deliver as quickly as possible.

Personalized packages shipped from our workshop are shipped by airlines and local carriers.

5. Why is my tracking information not updated?

Don't panic, this is normal!

If you have recently placed an order, it takes a while for the carrier information to be updated.

The product information shipped from our warehouse is updated quickly.

For personalized products shipped by air from our workshop, it is normal that there is no update during the transportation between countries. Once the package arrives at the destination country, it must wait for the carrier. Once the product is scanned, the information is updated.

Our logistics team is responsible for shipping all packages every day until they are delivered to your home.

6. What does my order contain?

All our packages are 100% complete and ready to use.
The contents of each product are listed on the product sheet. You can choose from different sizes.

We treat each product with great care in order to offer you the best experience.

7. What are the dimensions of the product?

You can choose the size on the product page:

1) Oil Painting by Numbers: from 40x50 cm to 90x120 cm;

2) Diamond Painting: from 20x30 cm to 80x100 cm.

The standard size is 40x50 cm. All packages from our "3-day delivery" range are available in the size 40x50 cm in the Netherlands and Belgium.

Larger sizes are tailor-made for you. We want to meet all your needs this way.

8. Can I customize the packaging of my Oil Painting by Numbers and Diamond Paintings?

Yes! Milia's & Shop offers the possibility to order a personalized package with your own photos and wishes!

9. Does the digital painting have a frame?

It depends on your own choice. There are 3 options:

1) Without wooden frame. You will receive a package without a frame.

2) With wooden frame. You will receive a kit with an easy-to-assemble frame. You can watch our 5-minute assembly video to help you assemble the frame.

3) Canvas already stretched in the frame. You will receive a package with the frame already assembled. Watch our video about the painting by number canvas already stretched in the frame.

10. How to assemble the DlY wooden frame?

We made a video to explain the installation of the frame.

11. To which address should I return the product?

Please always contact customer service first. They will provide you with the most suitable return address.
The shipping cost of returning the product is borne by the customer unless it is Milia's & Shop's fault
